Our Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga classes start on shore with an overview of paddle basics - learn how to kneel, stand, basic paddle technique, and what to do if you fall in. Paddle out and drop anchor for a combination of flowing movements and steady postures designed to awaken your core muscles, establish trust, train balance, strengthen the body and calm the mind. Each class includes an opportunity for play time to explore shapes and postures before winding down with meditative relaxation on the water and paddling back to shore.

Participants MUST be able to swim.

Paddle and/or Yoga experience is helpful but not required. All levels welcome.
