Every BODY looks and moves in it’s own unique, authentic way. Your yoga practice should be equally authentic and unique to you!

What are your goals when you step on a mat? What are your intentions?

Whether you are focused on strength, flexibility, mindfulness, or simply feel good yoga vibes, private lessons provide that 1:1 experience that will take your practice to a new level, no matter what your intentions are.

As a movement therapist and yoga instructor, my goal is meet you where you are in any given moment and work toward your goals from there. I can help you identify your intentions and together we will work toward them at pace that works best for you.
