SUP Pilates

Take your Pilates practice to the water! This unique class combines Pilates principles with the added challenge of balancing on an anchored paddleboard. Build core strength, improve balance and coordination, and enjoy a full-body workout surrounded by the beauty of nature. The movement of the water adds a fun & refreshing element to every class! Prior paddle &/or Pilates experience is helpful but not required, all levels are welcome. Includes instruction in basic paddle skills on land.

FEATURES & INFORMATION

  • Guided & personalized experience with certified Pilates Instructor & SUP Coach

  • All equipment provided (as needed): board, paddle, PFD (life vest) & safety whistle

  • 16 and older (unless approved in advance - contact Tara for age restrictions & guidelines)

Participants MUST be able to swim!

Safety is our first priority! Your instructor is a certified SUP Coach, trained in water safety and rescues, and first aid/CPR certified. All that's required from you is the ability to swim, but more importantly, to have fun!
