Strength, balance, and cardio…oh, my!

PaddleFit (June - Sept.)

This 60-minute class is packed with intensity. Paddle sprints, planks, pushups, mountain climbers, squats, burpees and more...all on a paddle board. We use body weight exercises and fast paced paddling to get your heart rate up and endorphins flowing. Guided by a certified PaddleFit Coach, it’s like having a personal trainer on the water!

FEATURES & INFORMATION

  • Visit calendar for all classes & events

    • Saturday, 1:00pm - 2:00pm

  • $50/person

  • $38/person (bring your own board - BYOB)

  • Guided & personalized experience with certified PaddleFit Coach

  • All equipment provided (as needed): board, paddle, PFD (life vest) & safety whistle

  • 16 and older (unless approved in advance - contact Tara for age restrictions & guidelines)

Must be able to swim. Paddle experience is recommended.

Safety is our first priority! Your instructor is a certified PaddleFit Coach trained in water safety and rescues, and first aid/CPR certified. All that's required from you is the ability to swim, but more importantly, to have fun!
