Private Lessons on the Water
SUP TECHNIQUE/SUP YOGA - 60 MINUTES
We offer private and small group instruction for SUP Technique and SUP Yoga. These lessons are ideal for anyone looking for a personalized coaching experience to improve their paddle skills or SUP yoga experience.
Private lessons provide that 1:1 experience that will help increase your confidence on the water and learn skills specific to your level of experience. Small group instruction is also available up to 3 people.
If you have a larger group but still want a personal experience, check out our Private Group Event options.
Pricing
For up to 3 people. Private lessons are 60 minutes.
SUP TECHNIQUe, SUP YOGA
1 paddler - $115
2 paddlers - $75 each
3 paddlers - $65 each
$15 discount if using your own board.
THINGS TO KNOW - WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
We recommend light, quick-drying athletic clothing and/or swimsuits. Dress for the weather, layer if necessary.
PLEASE bring your own water - hydration is very important, especially on hot summer days!
sunscreen
hat/sunglasses (make sure they are secure - we are not responsible for items that are lost in the water)
towel & a change of clothes (keep in your car - just in case)
water shoes (optional)
Safety is our first priority! Your instructor is a certified SUP Yoga Instructor and PaddleFit Coach, trained in water safety and rescues, and first aid/CPR certified. All that's required from you is the ability to swim, but more importantly, to have fun! Your instructor will have a dry bag available to hold keys if needed. There are straps on the board to keep water bottles and shoes secure.
