No experience necessary, all levels welcome
All equipment provided: Glide Lotus boards, lane attachment system
SUP Yoga
Each class includes gentle stretches and flowing movements to warm up the body, holding steady poses to develop strength, and a meditative relaxation on the water to close. While challenging and invigorating, our Pool SUP Yoga classes take place in a more controlled environment than our River SUP Yoga classes, making this an excellent way to ease into SUP Yoga if you've never tried it before and open water feels a little too outside your comfort zone.

$45 per 60 min class (Pool Members)/$55 per 60 min class (Non-Member)
SUP & Sound Meditation
Our SUP & Sound classes are a floating meditation experience that combines the therapeutic qualities of water and soothing vibrations of sound healing using resonant instruments to promote relaxation, renewal, and healing while floating on a paddle board. Gentle movements may be used to help settle the body and mind in preparation for meditation. Perfect way to unwind at the end of your day as the sun sets.

Important Things to Know

We recommend light, quick-drying athletic clothing and/or swimsuits.
Bring a towel and have a change of clothes in your car (just in case).

In the event of adverse weather conditions, Tarrytown Recreation will cancel the class and notify all registrants. Participants may be able to reschedule to a different date if space is available.
