Our Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) classes are a great way to exercise outside, have fun, and experience a little adventure all at the same time. Start on shore with an overview of paddle basics - learn how to kneel, stand, basic paddle technique, and what to do if you fall in. Leave your troubles on the shore and paddle out for a guided adventure with a certified SUP Coach. From beginner to advanced, stand-up paddle boarding is a full-body workout that trains your balance and core strength in a fun new way.

  • 16 and older (unless approved in advance - contact Tara for age restrictions & guidelines)

Participants MUST be able to swim!

Safety is our first priority! Your instructor is a certified SUP Yoga Instructor and PaddleFit Coach, trained in water safety and rescues, and first aid/CPR certified. All that's required from you is the ability to swim, but more importantly, to have fun!
