This 60-minute class is packed with intensity. Paddle sprints, planks, pushups, mountain climbers, squats, burpees and more...all on a paddle board. We use body weight exercises, interval-based training, and fast paced paddling to get your heart rate up and endorphins flowing. Guided by a certified PaddleFit Pro Coach, it’s like having a personal trainer on the water!
MUST be able to swim!
PADDLE EXPERIENCE IS RECOMMENDED.
In collaboration with the Town of Cortlandt. Registration opens Sept. 5th with priority to Cortlandt residents. Non-residents will be put on a waitlist and added to class if space is available a few days prior to the class date.
