Parking in the park will not be permitted w/out a handicapped pass.
Take the Train!
Phillips Manor train station is only a 5-minute walk to the park.
Tarrytown train station is a 15-minute walk along the Riverwalk.
Police will be present along Palmer Avenue to facilitate parking in the area. Some parking is available in Edge on Hudson with a scenic walk along the Riverwalk into the park. All visitors are advised to walk into the park from the Riverwalk at the south end or from the Palmer Avenue entrance.
