6:30am-7:30am — Monday/Friday
$45 per session
Ages 16+ (unless approved in advance)
No experience necessary, all levels welcome

All equipment provided: Glide Lotus boards, lane attachment system
Classes led by Tara Scheller, owner of Rivertowns SUP & Yoga, certified SUP Yoga Instructor and PaddleFit Pro Coach
Our SUP Yoga & Fitness classes in the pool are a great opportunity to experience the mindfulness and adventure of practicing yoga & exercising on the water. The instability of water as a surface allows you to engage and strengthen your core muscles as you move mindfully to maintain balance. While challenging and invigorating, our pool classes take place in a more controlled environment than our river classes, making this an excellent way to experience SUP Yoga & Fitness if the Hudson River feels a little too outside your comfort zone.
SUP Yoga - Mindful Monday
Ease into your week mindfully with early morning yoga on a paddle board. Each yoga class includes gentle stretches and flowing movements to warm up the body, holding steady poses to develop strength, and a meditative relaxation on the water to close.
SUP Fitness - Fit Friday
Finish your work week strong with a fun & fit start to your Friday morning. SUP Fitness classes use body weight exercises to strengthen the entire body, get the heart rate up and endorphins flowing while training balance & stability.
POOL SUP classes - CANCELLATION POLICY*:
In the event of adverse weather, Rivertowns SUP & Yoga will cancel the class and notify all registrants. In this case, registrants may reschedule to a different date.
48-hr cancellation policy — due to limited class size, you must cancel your reservation at least 48-hrs in advance to reschedule.
*Rivertowns SUP & Yoga reserves the right to cancel class due to low registration.
