Roam is a conscious living yoga and wellness retreat built with love and intention. We are an intimate 4 acres nestled into the lush terrain of Isla Solarte’s jungle canopy. Isla Solarte, a part of the Bocas del Toro Archipelago, is 8km of pristine jungle in the middle of the Caribbean Sea, only a 5-minute boat ride from Bocas Town.

There will be daily excursions for water and movement adventures with our Sunshine Surf Retreat guide.

We will fly from the New York area to San Jose, Costa Rica. Once we land we will spend a night in a boutique hotel in San Jose. We will then travel about 3 to 4 hours (depending on traffic) to our house in Manuel Antonio.

*Prices include taxes and service fees. We do ask that your primary means of payment is via Cash, Check, Venmo or Zelle. If a credit card is needed to be used we will have to add a 3.3% service fee per transaction.
