Bocas del Toro is a remote and beautifully untamed archipelago. People fall in love with Bocas for its genuine rugged tropical feel, a place where you always have warm water or sand beneath your feet. While you won’t find many traditional luxuries, the off-the-grid charm is something to get lost in.

We will be spending 8 days/7 nights in a beautiful island retreat center on an intimate 4 acres nestled into the lush terrain of Isla Solarte’s jungle canopy.

Rooms include a private garden studio bungalow, a cozy jungle casita for 3, a two story bungalow with private rooms & ensuite bathrooms, and jungle apartments with ocean views below the yoga shala.

Please note there is NO air conditioning at the retreat center. All rooms are equiped with high-speed fans and ocean breezes.

Delicious plant-based meals are served in the over-water eatery called Juntos meaning “together.”

We will fly from the NYC area into Panama City and then travel together for a second flight to Bocas Del Toro. You will need a valid passport for this trip. Tara will provide more details and flight recommendations closer to the trip.

Absolutely! Come solo or come with friends, just let us know if you want to share a room with a travel buddy (or two). Private rooms can be shared, just ask about pricing.
