at the Sleepy Hollow Music Festival

Test the waters and your balance by stepping on a paddle board with Rivertowns SUP & Yoga. We’ll be offering brief sessions of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) with optional teasers for SUP Yoga, and the signature PaddleFit class. Not a full class experience, but enough to “get your feet wet” and perhaps leave you wanting more!

*MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM*

All equipment is provided (paddle board, leash, PFD/vest). Includes a lesson in paddle basics on shore.
