Movement & Sound: A Multi-Sensory Meditation
Practice channeling energy through breath, movement, and sound in this multi-sensory meditation. This 75 minute class that will start with pranayama (breath work) to tap into our energetic body. We will move through restorative movement to connect with the physical body. The workshop will end with a sound bath meditation to promote a sense of calm, peace, and clarity for the winter season. Please bring your own mat & blanket.
