Intro to SUP Yoga is nice and slow, filled with grounding postures, restful holds, breathwork and meditation, helping you relax and keep you grounded while you float. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to unwind & reset before the week.
Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga classes start on shore with an overview of paddle basics - learn how to kneel, stand, basic paddle technique, and what to do if you fall in. Paddle out and drop anchor for a guided yoga practice on water.
Participants MUST be able to swim.
Paddle and/or Yoga experience is not required. All levels welcome.
