This 60-minute class is packed with intensity. Paddle sprints, planks, pushups, mountain climbers, squats, burpees and more...all on a paddle board. We use body weight exercises and fast paced paddling to build strength, get your heart rate up and endorphins flowing. Guided by a certified PaddleFit Pro Coach, it’s like having a personal trainer on the water!

MUST be able to swim!

PADDLE EXPERIENCE IS RECOMMENDED.
