Practicing mindfulness through seated meditation, breathing exercises, gentle stretching, joint mobility and creative movement (seated on a mat or chair). Class is designed to promote increased body awareness and range of motion with improved state of mind while supporting a positive mind-body connection through shared movement experiences.
